Naturist Campsite
The campsite of Balatonberény is the biggest naturist campsite with the oldest traditions around the Balaton. There are 117 stalls for caravans with a surface between 80 and 120 m², separated by hedges and equipped with electricity connections. Next to the beach and at the entrance of the campsite there are 100 stalls for tents where electricity connection is also available. In addition to that, a motel and two apartment residences can serve as accommodation for the guests. You may find further information of such facilities under the respective titles of this site.
Apart from the external cold water showers, there are 2 rounded buildings for the showers where guests may also find the kitchens equipped with gas-cookers and washing machines and tumble dryers.
The Campsite also has community areas where the guests may watch TV or play community games, organise events or even may hold meetings. The Association of the Naturist Club of Berény always hold here its annual general meeting, which is followed by season opening and closing events. The Association was founded in 1999 to serve the objective common with the local Municipality to take further steps for the development of the campsite. The Association spends an important part of the membership fees to increase the quality of the services, to develop a nice and clean environment and to purchase sport equipments.
The various newly built (opened in 2005) service facilities serve the comfort of the guests. It contains a traditional restaurant, some fast food restaurants, supermarket, and a shop to buy gifts and newspapers. The animators also ensure interesting organised visits or other programs for the guests staying at the campsite.
A massage salon, being quite popular among the guests, is also available at the campsite. This service may be provided for those visitors as well who are not lodged at the campsite.
It may be important for those guests who arrive with their caravans, that we can regularly provide them with refill of their gas cylinder.
Our campsite is animal friendly; therefore guests may bring their pets with them. In order to ease the stay of the pets, there are separate animal bathes for their hygiene.
he reception desk is open 24 hours per day which enables guests to arrive any time, but guests arriving during the night can only check in the next morning. The payment is also possible with credit and debit cards; the following cards are accepted: Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa ands American Express. The receptionists can communicate in English and German languages, and may provide our guests with all the necessary information between 8.a.m. and 6 p.m. |
